SQIP LLC is Daora’s app support and technology partner. App-related technical support is handled through SQIP LLC at appsupport@sqip.ninja. This is expected and is the correct support address for Daora app issues.
Use this support address for help with app access, account login, home codes, setup, lighting-control issues, bugs, troubleshooting, or app account deletion questions.
When contacting support, include enough information for us to understand the issue, such as the issue type, device type, app version if available, and the email address associated with the app account when relevant.
Do not send passwords, private keys, access tokens, MFA codes, home codes, or other sensitive credentials by email. Daora and SQIP LLC support will not ask for your password.
Diagnostics and Support Codes
If the Daora app shows a diagnostic support code after you choose Send Diagnostics Now, include that support code when contacting app support. The support code helps Daora and SQIP LLC locate the specific manual diagnostic report you chose to send.
To request deletion of a diagnostic report connected to a support code, contact appsupport@sqip.ninja and include the support code. Do not send passwords, MFA codes, home codes, invite codes, claim keys, or device secrets by email.
